Dr. Khaled Sabeh is an American Board-Certified Consultant Cardiologist and Cardiac Electrophysiologist. He practiced medicine in the USA from 2009 until 2023 prior to joining Emirates Hospitals Group.
Dr. Sabeh received his MD at the American University of Beirut, Lebanon then did a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in at Harvard Medical School – Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, USA. He went on to do his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at the Case Western University in Cleveland, USA and was the was selected to join Harvard University again as a fellow in Cardiac Electrophysiology at the esteemed Massachusetts General Hospital, the #2 ranked hospital in the world. Dr Sabeh founded and operates the Electrophysiology Clinic at Emirates Hospital Jumeirah.
Before moving to Dubai, Dr Sabeh was also an Asst. Professor at Drexel University in Pennsylvania and was one the highest volume operators at Allegheny Health Network, one of the largest health care networks in Western Pennsylvania and Western New York.
Dr Sabeh has authored multiple publications in the fields of cardiology and cardiac electrophysiology. and is a reviewer to top academic journals such as Journal of Cardiovascular Physiology and the Journal of Innovations in Cardiac Rhythm Management. He has also won multiple awards for excellence in patient care. He was an invited speaker to national and international conferences. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society. Dr Sabeh’s combination of academic and clinical excellence is why he’s considered as one of the best electrophysiologists in Dubai.
Dr Sabeh has an extensive experience in cardiac procedures ranging from implantation of traditional pacemakers and defibrillators to leadless pacemaker conduction system pacing, CRT, and subcutaneous ICD implants to ablations of supra ventricular tachycardias, ventricular tachycardias, premature ventricular contractions, and atrial fibrillation, as well as left atrial appendage occlusion device implants.
